Congratulations on creating your Klix Template and sending it off into the world, whether by putting it on your website, sending via email, or through some other method. Now you can sit back and wait for those signatures to roll in! The Signers Dashboard not only allows you to check on individual signers, but it also provides general numbers showing how many people have signed through different methods. This article covers:
Accessing the Signers Dashboard
You can navigate to the Dashboard in a few different ways:
Click More from the Home page on a published Template to view the Signers Dashboard.
Alternately, click on any numbers within the Template's grid view to access the Signers Dashboard.
From the Template tab, select Dashboard.
Dashboard Filters
In the dashboard, there are three sets of filters at the top:
- Overall is the default view that shows the total number of signatures across all versions of the agreement.
- Web Funnel shows how many of those signers accessed the agreement from a web link.
- Email Funnel shows how many of those signers were sent the agreement from the Klix email tool.
You will also find more specific metrics within each of these categories. Click on any one to apply that filter to the list of signers below. You can also click Export to CSV to download a CSV file of all signers based on the currently applied filter.
Some metrics are greyed out: while we can tell you how many views your web links have received, we can't tell you who is viewing those links without signing! You will find the most information on agreements sent via email through Klix. For instance, under the Email Funnel, click "No Action" to track who has been emailed the agreement without yet signing.
Note: If someone is assuring you that they have signed the agreement, but you still see them listed under the "No Action" filter, don't accuse them of lying just yet! Let's say you emailed them version 1 of the agreement, but the Template was updated to version 2 before they signed. You will find them listed as "Pending" on version 1 in the email funnel, but they will be marked as "Agreed" for version 2. And because version 2 isn't what you emailed them, this gets tracked in the web funnel instead of the email funnel. Signers could also wind up being tracked in the web funnel if they sign with an email address different from the one you used to email them.
Signer List
These aggregates represent the number of signatures on the agreement, not necessarily the number of unique signers. The signer list below shows a table of every signature, as well as those pending requests for signature that were sent via Klix. Use the filter bar to search for someone based on their email address, which is how unique signers are identified. The table includes basic information about the signature, including which version of the Template was signed. In the example below, the same signer agreed multiple times because they were agreeing to different versions of the Template.
Signer History and Details
While this tabular view is helpful to paint the big picture, what if you need to get into the specifics for a particular signer? Click on a row in the list to open a flyout with a complete history and compliant audit record for that signer. Each signature from that email address will be shown, organized in a progression by Template version. Expand any of these entries to view additional details, including the browser information and IP address. Click the document icon to download the exact document that they signed at that time.
The document will also include a page with all of the signer information to make this easily shareable during litigation, if needed.
