Managing your Klix subscription is simple and handled through our payment provider: Paddle. This article covers:
Log in to Paddle
Log in to Paddle.net. Use the email address of the main Klix account holder (typically, the person who originally set up the payment method). This user would have also received an email from Paddle with the subject line, "Your Malbek sign in link."
Tip: This is also the user who will receive your invoices monthly and would have received the initial payment confirmation/invoice with the subject line, "Your receipt from Malbek." A sample is shown below.
Look up my purchase
For assistance from Paddle with requesting refunds, updating details, canceling subscriptions, requesting receipts, or other queries, click on Look up my purchase.
Tip: Enter the email address of the main Klix account holder and verify you are human before clicking Locate my purchase.
Paddle will send you an email regarding next steps.
Manage your Subscription
Once logged in, you can complete any of the following:
- Modify or cancel your subscription
- View or download past invoices
- Update your billing or payment method
- And more!
